Questions

Asked at every table.

Short, straight answers. If yours is not here, message us.

Ask us anything
How much alcohol is in Williams Woak?

Williams Woak contains less than 0.5% alcohol, from natural fermentation. It is made for everyone at the table, including the guest who is driving and the one keeping a dry day.

Is it just grape juice?

No. The fruit is fermented slowly, the way wine is made, so you get depth, structure and a proper finish. Golden Passion, Amber Zest, Berry Blush and Tropique Isle are made from other fruit entirely.

How should I serve it?

Chilled. Reds between 10 and 14°C, Rosé Bloom and Muscato Nolo at 8 to 10°C, and the fruit wines at 6 to 8°C. A 750 ml bottle pours about five 150 ml glasses.

How long does a bottle last?

Unopened, best before 36 months from the date of manufacture, stored in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Once opened, refrigerate it and finish it within 25 days.

Can I cook with it?

Yes. Ruby Reserve and Ruby Vero are dry enough to reduce in a savoury pan. The sweeter flavours are better in glazes, desserts and punches.

What is in the bottle?

Fermented fruit juice, an antioxidant (INS 224) and a preservative (INS 202). No artificial colours, no artificial flavours. Full nutrition is on every flavour page.

Where do you deliver?

Across India. The sample store links through to williamswoak.com and Amazon.in while the new storefront is being finished.

Who makes it?

Williams Woak is bottled in Coimbatore by Amrith Enterprises. It began with William’s grandmother, who fermented gooseberries and seasonal fruit at home, slowly and with full attention.
