Wine tasting refund policy

1. Cancellation by the guest

• Cancel up to 48 hours before the event start for a 100% refund to the original payment method.
• No refund for cancellations inside 48 hours.

2. No-shows

• A no-show forfeits the booking, with no refund.
• Arriving after the 15-minute grace period counts as a no-show.

3. Cancellation by Williams Woak

• If the event is postponed, altered or cancelled by us for unavoidable reasons, guests receive a 100% refund or may be offered an alternative date at the organiser’s discretion.
• Guests who cannot attend the new date may choose the refund.

4. Non-transferable bookings

• Tickets are non-transferable unless the organiser approves. Refunds go only to the person who made the booking.

5. Settlement

• Refunds are made to the original mode of payment (UPI, QR or website). Allow 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or gateway.

6. Rescheduling

• Slots cannot be rescheduled. To attend a different session, cancel within the 48-hour window and book afresh.

7. Special considerations

• No refunds for taste preferences, dissatisfaction with pairings or expectations of the experience.
• No refunds for personal reasons, medical conditions arising during or after the event, or changes in travel plans.

8. Acceptance

• By completing a booking, you accept the conditions of this policy.
