Wine tasting terms & conditions

1. Venue & registration

• The event takes place at Williams Woak, Coimbatore.
• Pre-registration is compulsory for all guests. Walk-ins are not permitted.
• Each session is limited to 26 guests, confirmed on a first-come basis.

2. Age

• Minimum age: 18 years and above.
• Children may accompany parents only under strict supervision, but this is not recommended in a tasting setting.

3. Timing & late entry

• Guests must arrive on time for their chosen session.
• A 15-minute grace period applies. After it, entry is not permitted and the booking is forfeited with no compensation.

4. Tasting guidelines

• Photos and video may be taken for personal use in the hospitality and tasting area. They are not permitted in production, processing or back-end areas.
• Beverages are served as limited tasting samples.
• Food pairings may include dairy, nuts, gluten, eggs, soy and seafood. Williams Woak wines may contain grapes, natural tannins, trace sulfites (if present) and natural histamines from fermentation.
• Guests with allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions must exercise caution and inform the organisers in advance.

5. Payment

• Ticket price: ₹899 per guest.
• Payment is accepted by UPI, QR code or website registration. A booking is confirmed only on successful payment.

6. Rescheduling

• Rescheduling and slot changes are not allowed once a booking is made.
• Tickets are not transferable unless approved by the organiser.

7. Behaviour & venue rules

• Guests must be respectful and follow the host’s instructions.
• Damage to venue property will be charged to the responsible guest.
• Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Pets are not allowed in the event area.

8. Health & safety

• Williams Woak beverages contain less than 0.5% alcohol.
• Guests are responsible for their own wellbeing during the event.

9. Belongings

• The organisers are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal items.

10. Photography & media

• By attending, guests allow Williams Woak to photograph and film the event and to use images and video for marketing and social media. No compensation is payable for appearing in media content.

11. Data & privacy

• Registration details (name, email, phone) are used only for event coordination and communication, and are not shared with third parties except for essential operations.

12. Acceptance

• By registering and attending, each guest confirms they have read, understood and agreed to these terms.
